What you see here is exactly how it starts fresh rosemary clipped straight from our garden, jars of dried petals we’ve slowly gathered over time, and clean glass bottles waiting quietly on the counter. Nothing fancy. Just honest ingredients and hands-on work.
Most mornings begin in the garden. That’s when the herbs are at their best rich in oils, full of scent, and alive in a way you can’t fake. The rosemary is bright and woodsy, the florals soft and naturally sweet. It’s simple, but it matters.

As the owner, becoming a trained herbalist completely changed the way I create our syrups and blends. I didn’t just want things to taste good, I wanted them to have purpose.
Every recipe we use is rooted in herbal training and built around intention. I study the properties of each plant what supports focus, what soothes the body, what gently lifts the mood. When I’m in the garden cutting herbs or blending dried botanicals at our tea bar, I’m thinking about balance, nourishment, and how each ingredient works with the next.
